Frequently Asked Questions

1. do you ever outsource to other photographers?

No. Unless its a Life threatening emergency, I personally am the main shooter. While I do employ Second shooters to cover more angles, the majority of photos are done by me.

In the event of an emergency you will be notified and given the option to cancel for a full refund or get a discount and a replacement main shooter.

2. can i request certain poses?

Its absolutely recommended to send in a shot list of your favorite poses so we can prioritize them. You can also send in a list of most important family members to get the best shots without missing anything.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

While we hate seeing people lose money, we are part of those people too. If you need to cancel the event for whatever reason, we will hold onto the deposit until we get  replacement booking for the day. If none are met, the deposit will unfortunately not be refunded

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

The final album is digital only. We always offer Prints or albums at additional cost, as well as USBs, Glass, acrylics and paintings. Please contact the office for additional information.

Frequently Asked Questions

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

While we are currently working on expanding our team, we don't currently offer video services. However, we do have some great videographers we work with that we can recommend to you.

6. is a second shooter really neccesary?

As a single person its impossible to be everywhere at once. A second shooter covers the other angles of all the important moments, as well as taking the Chosons family shots while I take of the Kallah. He also takes of the meal while I'm busy taking portraits after the chuppah.

7. Can we meet before the session?

I always recommend either a in person meeting or phone calls to discuss all the details. Its a great time to get all of your answers as well as pointing out all the important notes.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Small events usually have a 4-6 week timeline, While weddings have a 8-10 week timeline. Busy seasons will take a bit longer, while others will be quicker
